What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other secure local payment methods.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery time varies depending on the customer's location. On average, it takes 5 to 10 business days. We ensure that all our shipments are tracked and traced to ensure they arrive on time.

Refund Policy
At Markshopper, we value our customers immensely, and their satisfaction is our top priority. That's why we have a flexible, customer-oriented refund policy, which is described below:
Return Process
The return process will be carried out in the following stages:
- Return Report: The customer must send the required information via email.
- Return Processing: Once the request is received, a return order will be generated within a maximum of 15 days with the carrier that initially processed the order. We work with the following companies: Servientrega, Envía, Coordinadora, Domina, and Interrapidisimos.
- Product Pickup: The carrier will pick up the product at the location where the order was shipped. Depending on the customer's location, they may also choose to drop off the product at a carrier office.
- Inspection and Replacement: Once the product arrives at our suppliers' offices, an inspection will be conducted. After confirming the problem, a new product will be shipped using the same carrier.
1A. Return Notification:
If a customer receives a product and decides they want to return it, they must notify us within 72 hours of receiving it. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refund requests after this time period.
2B. Return Report:
To start the return process, please contact our customer service team via email (markshoppeer@gmail.com), providing the following information:
- Full Name
- Phone number
- Conveyor
- Guide Number
- Detailed explanation of the case in TEXT
- Video of product operation
This process helps us better understand your situation and expedite the return process.
3C. Product Change:
We do not offer cash refunds. However, we promise to exchange the product within 30 business days after receiving and verifying the information and the returned product. The replacement product will be of the same type and value as the original product you purchased.
4D. Return Discount:
We understand that returns can cause inconvenience to our customers. To offset this inconvenience, we are offering a 10% discount on your next purchase. This discount will be automatically applied to your account after the return process is complete.
